Quickbooks Online Law Firm

Used to build a system for a law firm. The solid side panel has a sound dampener making the system very quiet, as well as having a very clean look. Very easy to build in, as is the pattern with Fractal. Wish the feet were a litter taller to allow more airflow into the psu, but that's a bit of a nit pick. All in all, great case.

Our law firm uses this cart to move banker boxes to and from hearings. This cart is very easy to use, carries up to four heavy boxes at one time. Stows away easily. Would recommend.

My expectations were blown out of the water on an outdoor shoot for a law firm with this little yet extremely impressive light!

Our law firm uses a lot of toner. We bought it directly from HP in Texas. Lately the boxes have been banged up. I have bought a lot of photo equipment from B&H over many years. The boxes had plenty of padding and nothing ever arrived damaged. I figured that B&H would pack the toner boxes like the photo boxes. BINGO! Superior packing has won the day. We will only buy the toner from B&H. Good folks to deal with, and like I said, superior packaging.

The features are almost mind-boggling. Performs two-sided scanning if needed, and the scan speed is the fastest I've ever encountered. Scan quality is excellent, even for color. The user-friendly software allows me to review each document or receipt before saving or exporting, so if I need to make adjustments I know right away. I use Quickbooks desktop version for accounting and had no trouble at all identifying fields and info I wanted to save and export. Should work equally well for Quickbooks online version. Being able to export as a "searchable PDF" is a big plus. It can also save documents as Word file or Excel spreadsheet data or even Powerpoint (Windows version). It even scans business cards. That's versatility not found in run-of-the-mill scanners. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny if it saves time and frustration over manual recordkeeping and document retention. Setup was a breeze right out of the box and it has a very small footprint. It can be used either wired or wireless, with the ability to send scans to email or a smartphone. This thing does it all. I'm definitely impressed and will be recommending it to friends and family. My nephew is a farmer and my neighbor is a truck driver, and both professions require extensive recordkeeping. I'm sure that once they've tried this scanner the benefits will be obvious, especially to their wives who do all the accounting!
