Quickbooks Online Nonprofit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is so awesome. I really love the scan to quickbooks feature, it makes entering receipts a whole lot easier. Great quality and love the Canon brand!

The features are almost mind-boggling. Performs two-sided scanning if needed, and the scan speed is the fastest I've ever encountered. Scan quality is excellent, even for color. The user-friendly software allows me to review each document or receipt before saving or exporting, so if I need to make adjustments I know right away. I use Quickbooks desktop version for accounting and had no trouble at all identifying fields and info I wanted to save and export. Should work equally well for Quickbooks online version. Being able to export as a "searchable PDF" is a big plus. It can also save documents as Word file or Excel spreadsheet data or even Powerpoint (Windows version). It even scans business cards. That's versatility not found in run-of-the-mill scanners. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny if it saves time and frustration over manual recordkeeping and document retention. Setup was a breeze right out of the box and it has a very small footprint. It can be used either wired or wireless, with the ability to send scans to email or a smartphone. This thing does it all. I'm definitely impressed and will be recommending it to friends and family. My nephew is a farmer and my neighbor is a truck driver, and both professions require extensive recordkeeping. I'm sure that once they've tried this scanner the benefits will be obvious, especially to their wives who do all the accounting! This is a review for the Epson WorkForce ES-300WR Wireless Document Scanner that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.

Although I do not sell my work, I donate framed photographs to several nonprofit fundraising auctions every year. All of my 8x10 photos are on Canon Pro Platinum, printed on a Canon Pro 9000 MkII printer. The colors and contrast are super.

I work part time at a nonprofit working with handicapped individuals. I started a music program about 5 years ago and since then I have been trying different ways of reaching them with music. This product is perfect on so many levels. First when an individual has limited hand ability, this offers the perfect solution to trigger sounds. I also like the pads lighting up to give positive reinforcement to keep playing. The software that came with it is off the chain, however it was very hard to learn, still trying to learn it, but it's very powerful. I'm talking about MPC Beats, not Ableton. I look forward to seeing them use this all the time in our music classes.

Our nonprofit recently updated from a black screen to this white paper for narration in campaign videos. Great clean look, easy to setup, and easy to work with. Highly recommended.

We're Buffalo Field Campaign, a nonprofit engaged in a frontlines fight to preserve the Yellowstone bison herds, the last migratory wild buffalo in the United States. A big part of our work is daily field patrols documenting the migration of these animals, and the abuse they face under the current state and federal management plan, the IBMP. In doing so we need good equipment to film these events - and without a good tripod footage would be unreliable. That's where this tripod has come in beautifully! It has a wide range of heights and adjustments that fit in well in the uneven terrain we traverse.
