Quickbooks Online Payroll Subscriptions

Since I process payroll and tax returns the extra tray is perfect and just what I expected. It holds plenty of paper, I can print on 2 sides for some documents and Legal size for others using multiple trays.

The features are almost mind-boggling. Performs two-sided scanning if needed, and the scan speed is the fastest I've ever encountered. Scan quality is excellent, even for color. The user-friendly software allows me to review each document or receipt before saving or exporting, so if I need to make adjustments I know right away. I use Quickbooks desktop version for accounting and had no trouble at all identifying fields and info I wanted to save and export. Should work equally well for Quickbooks online version. Being able to export as a "searchable PDF" is a big plus. It can also save documents as Word file or Excel spreadsheet data or even Powerpoint (Windows version). It even scans business cards. That's versatility not found in run-of-the-mill scanners. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny if it saves time and frustration over manual recordkeeping and document retention. Setup was a breeze right out of the box and it has a very small footprint. It can be used either wired or wireless, with the ability to send scans to email or a smartphone. This thing does it all. I'm definitely impressed and will be recommending it to friends and family. My nephew is a farmer and my neighbor is a truck driver, and both professions require extensive recordkeeping. I'm sure that once they've tried this scanner the benefits will be obvious, especially to their wives who do all the accounting! I prefer to purchase annual prepaid subscriptions to monthly payments. I have used them in the past with no issues, this one registered fine with no issues.

These cell cams are great and I don't have a problem with my subscriptions being from China like other cell camera companies.

I'm been using Lightroom and Photoshop since version 4. While I don't care for subscriptions, I renew this as it is not overly expensive, and I use this regularly and will continue to do so.

I have been buying the prepaid subscriptions for 3 years now and completely love it. Usually the deals happen more on the prepaid vs the pay by the month so that helps me save a few bucks here and there. If you do this method, just don't give Adobe your credit card and just be ready to buy the next years subscription every year.

We have 3 of them, works great with our 4k TVs. Like that one remote controls TV and Roku unit. Like the customization of channels we have subscriptions as well as all the different free movies we can watch. Just the Roku unit even without any subscriptions is worth buying this product. Highly recommend it.
