Quickbooks Online Payroll Without Subscription

I was concerned this wouldn't work for my existing subscription but a online assistant with B&H confirmed it would work for me. It indeed worked. I wouldn't use anything but Adobe, I only wish they'd include Illustrator.

I picked these up to help light my work area for Zoom meetings, and other online events. Without going into the problems of my work space, these lights work relatively well. I have not tried to use these in a studio photography setting. Pros: Easy to put together, small and light-weight, uncomplicated plug-and-play, good diffusers emitting nice soft light. Cons: Could be brighter (a change of bulb may fix that). Does not come with a travel bag, you will have to supply your own duffle bag to hold the parts if you want a portable system.

Since I process payroll and tax returns the extra tray is perfect and just what I expected. It holds plenty of paper, I can print on 2 sides for some documents and Legal size for others using multiple trays.

The features are almost mind-boggling. Performs two-sided scanning if needed, and the scan speed is the fastest I've ever encountered. Scan quality is excellent, even for color. The user-friendly software allows me to review each document or receipt before saving or exporting, so if I need to make adjustments I know right away. I use Quickbooks desktop version for accounting and had no trouble at all identifying fields and info I wanted to save and export. Should work equally well for Quickbooks online version. Being able to export as a "searchable PDF" is a big plus. It can also save documents as Word file or Excel spreadsheet data or even Powerpoint (Windows version). It even scans business cards. That's versatility not found in run-of-the-mill scanners. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny if it saves time and frustration over manual recordkeeping and document retention. Setup was a breeze right out of the box and it has a very small footprint. It can be used either wired or wireless, with the ability to send scans to email or a smartphone. This thing does it all. I'm definitely impressed and will be recommending it to friends and family. My nephew is a farmer and my neighbor is a truck driver, and both professions require extensive recordkeeping. I'm sure that once they've tried this scanner the benefits will be obvious, especially to their wives who do all the accounting!
