Quickbooks Online Portable File

I need to file a claim due to my Kase filter being damaged when my camera dropped. The filing of the claim was easy. I had 2 questions and the online chat feature was available at 8pm ET so got my questions answered quickly. The claim was approved in 15 minutes. Easy to navigate thru the online screens and the online chat was very helpful and quick to answer all follow-up questions.

The features are almost mind-boggling. Performs two-sided scanning if needed, and the scan speed is the fastest I've ever encountered. Scan quality is excellent, even for color. The user-friendly software allows me to review each document or receipt before saving or exporting, so if I need to make adjustments I know right away. I use Quickbooks desktop version for accounting and had no trouble at all identifying fields and info I wanted to save and export. Should work equally well for Quickbooks online version. Being able to export as a "searchable PDF" is a big plus. It can also save documents as Word file or Excel spreadsheet data or even Powerpoint (Windows version). It even scans business cards. That's versatility not found in run-of-the-mill scanners. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny if it saves time and frustration over manual recordkeeping and document retention. Setup was a breeze right out of the box and it has a very small footprint. It can be used either wired or wireless, with the ability to send scans to email or a smartphone. This thing does it all. I'm definitely impressed and will be recommending it to friends and family. My nephew is a farmer and my neighbor is a truck driver, and both professions require extensive recordkeeping. I'm sure that once they've tried this scanner the benefits will be obvious, especially to their wives who do all the accounting! From my desktop's SSD to this portable SSD drive (usb3 port), I achieved 221MB/s file copy speed -- a 4.5 gig file copy took about 20s. This drive may not be an overall speed champ, but it is easily the fastest usb drive I have ever owned and used. No-fuss setup is involved, and it certainly won't disappoint. --legacydude

Put in your NVMe and you've got one high speed portable drive. Great for large file transfers in the field (camera/video download.)

For a Portable Walkman I still like the NW-WS 6xx series to be able to flip from Bluetooth to local file Mp3 for when I want stories or music without a phone and hands free. The units tend to fail around 14 months so I now buy the extended warranty and its worth every penny.

i carry this all the time. you never know when you need to get a file from one computer to another especially when there no internet. I also carry some portable programs so that a plus too. Love how sleek and small it is, the usb and type C connection is easily accessible.

Love this portable SSD for storing my RAW file archive to free up space on my laptops SSD drive. My laptop only has USB-A ports so the Crucial X6 SSD does not perform at it's maximum performance. I get approximately ~20-25 MB/s when writing files to it. There is also a bit of a lag when I edit RAW pics that are stored on the X6 using CaptureOne but that is a function of my laptop only having USB-A and not the X6 SSD drive.

I am currently shooting a small feature and this Tascam unit has made thing incredibly easy on set. No cables to the camera, with solid 4-track, portable recording. Very easy file management, phantom power on any of the inputs, options for file formats. The only thing I would wish for is a battery power unit that could run the 70D, as opposed to AA batteries. We bought the accessory that allows us to plug into house electricity, but only AA's to run portable. I wish it could off camera batteries camera batteries or some other long lasting power source. Not a huge deal - the AA's make it about 1/2 of shooting.

This is the perfect size for us to view online blueprints on! Very portable and easy to set up!!
