Quickbooks Online Review 2017

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is so awesome. I really love the scan to quickbooks feature, it makes entering receipts a whole lot easier. Great quality and love the Canon brand!

The features are almost mind-boggling. Performs two-sided scanning if needed, and the scan speed is the fastest I've ever encountered. Scan quality is excellent, even for color. The user-friendly software allows me to review each document or receipt before saving or exporting, so if I need to make adjustments I know right away. I use Quickbooks desktop version for accounting and had no trouble at all identifying fields and info I wanted to save and export. Should work equally well for Quickbooks online version. Being able to export as a "searchable PDF" is a big plus. It can also save documents as Word file or Excel spreadsheet data or even Powerpoint (Windows version). It even scans business cards. That's versatility not found in run-of-the-mill scanners. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny if it saves time and frustration over manual recordkeeping and document retention. Setup was a breeze right out of the box and it has a very small footprint. It can be used either wired or wireless, with the ability to send scans to email or a smartphone. This thing does it all. I'm definitely impressed and will be recommending it to friends and family. My nephew is a farmer and my neighbor is a truck driver, and both professions require extensive recordkeeping. I'm sure that once they've tried this scanner the benefits will be obvious, especially to their wives who do all the accounting! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] THIS MONITOR CAME OUT IN 2017 SO IT HAS BEEN TIME TESTED. A ADJUSTABLE STAND IS A MUST FOR A MONITOR OF THIS SIZE. LED IS BETTER THAN A LCD. BUT GAVE UP THE HDR THAT OTHERS HAVE FOR THIS PRICE RANGE.

Received this product review opportunity 1/3/2017, received my order 1/11/2017. Not much reason to review the product before it arrived but, since it has now; great product. I had inadvertently ordered the wrong part for my lens, B&H was very good about letting me return it for the proper one. No hassles and within the time frame explained throughout the whole process. I'll be back.
