Quickbooks Online Vs Desktop 2019

I USE THIS IN MY DESKTOP & LAPTOP AND LOVE THE FACT THAT IT IS 256GB VS MANY OTHER BRANDS THAT ARE 250GB & 240GB!

I upgraded from the one I purchased in 2019, and this works well with the newer apps. e.g., DaVinci Resolve. I'm learning DR on the desktop and the iPad helps tremendously with the convenience in learning the basics away from the desktop. Consider this upgrade if you're coming from an older iPad Pro and need the power.

My former desktop computer was a 2019 iMac with 8GB of RAM. I wanted to speed things up so decided on the Mac Mini. With 16 GB of RAM and 512GB of storage, the mini would have cost $1,000. With B&H’s sale price of $1150 for the Pro model it only cost $150 more than the upgraded regular model so

Needed an extra battery for my documentation of the 2019 NYC Gay Pride weekend. I live in Baltimore so ordered it online for pick-up shortly after my Friday, 28 June 2019 arrival. After arriving, walked over to B&H in NYC, picked up my order. And was very impressed with the operation. The features are almost mind-boggling. Performs two-sided scanning if needed, and the scan speed is the fastest I've ever encountered. Scan quality is excellent, even for color. The user-friendly software allows me to review each document or receipt before saving or exporting, so if I need to make adjustments I know right away. I use Quickbooks desktop version for accounting and had no trouble at all identifying fields and info I wanted to save and export. Should work equally well for Quickbooks online version. Being able to export as a "searchable PDF" is a big plus. It can also save documents as Word file or Excel spreadsheet data or even Powerpoint (Windows version). It even scans business cards. That's versatility not found in run-of-the-mill scanners. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny if it saves time and frustration over manual recordkeeping and document retention. Setup was a breeze right out of the box and it has a very small footprint. It can be used either wired or wireless, with the ability to send scans to email or a smartphone. This thing does it all. I'm definitely impressed and will be recommending it to friends and family. My nephew is a farmer and my neighbor is a truck driver, and both professions require extensive recordkeeping. I'm sure that once they've tried this scanner the benefits will be obvious, especially to their wives who do all the accounting! Great desktop USB microphone for online music transmission. It is heavy and stable on the desktop, great as an audio interface / mixer. Several people have commented to me on the clarity of the microphone and have ordered it themselves based on the quality of my transmissions. This is the second one of these that I have purchased.

Great NAS solution. The DSM software has a very easy to use desktop interface. Plenty of online resources for support. I have it in a basement closet, but the fans are quiet enough they wouldn't bother you if it was on your desk. As usual, B&H order process and shipping was flawless and quick.
