Quickbooks Online W2 Envelopes

Took a bit to get to know it - now I'm printing very nice images W2 sized Love it! SB Chicago

I had seen these envelopes years ago. Couldn't find them anywhere but B&H.

Envelopes were as expected. Arrived in just a few days.

The features are almost mind-boggling. Performs two-sided scanning if needed, and the scan speed is the fastest I've ever encountered. Scan quality is excellent, even for color. The user-friendly software allows me to review each document or receipt before saving or exporting, so if I need to make adjustments I know right away. I use Quickbooks desktop version for accounting and had no trouble at all identifying fields and info I wanted to save and export. Should work equally well for Quickbooks online version. Being able to export as a "searchable PDF" is a big plus. It can also save documents as Word file or Excel spreadsheet data or even Powerpoint (Windows version). It even scans business cards. That's versatility not found in run-of-the-mill scanners. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny if it saves time and frustration over manual recordkeeping and document retention. Setup was a breeze right out of the box and it has a very small footprint. It can be used either wired or wireless, with the ability to send scans to email or a smartphone. This thing does it all. I'm definitely impressed and will be recommending it to friends and family. My nephew is a farmer and my neighbor is a truck driver, and both professions require extensive recordkeeping. I'm sure that once they've tried this scanner the benefits will be obvious, especially to their wives who do all the accounting! These envelopes were a great way to organize old photographs and B&H a great place to get them.

We are using it mainly for printing bulk envelopes. It works great and was so easy to learn.

Good paper envelopes that keeps my discs pretty. �Buy them. �Go now!

After years of carting around negatives in the original envelopes my Covid project for the week was to organize the craziness. These sheets worked great...holes fit many types of binders...easy to load negatives into the slots.... woo hoo....I can find stuff now! The 7 row's handle one roll of film easy.....

These envelopes are a nice touch when delivering your prints to friends and relatives.
