Quicksnap Flash Camera Underwater Shots

I took shots at dark. The camera saw what I could not. It is going to be quite useful in my underwater adventures.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received FUJIFILM QUICKSNAP FLASH 400 in exchange for my honest review. I was excited when I received this camera. It is small and light to carry, easy to use, and did a great job. It comes with 27 takes and then you have to get the film development. It is amazing!!

I intend on using this lens for some lanscapes as well as under over shots with underwater housing.

Whether its underwater shots or some time-lapse footage, I am always excited to see what I recorded. This camera always exceed my expectations. The movies are so clear, so detailed and always surprising. I use it for snorkeling footage as well as to document construction and art projects. The screen on the back is extremely useful and with each version it is easier to navigate the menus.

This is a great addition for my TG-5 Camera. It allows for more light to give my macro shots greater background detail. This Macro Ring should not be confused with the FD-1 Flash Diffuser. They function very differently. This Ring uses the built in LED of the camera to add additional lumination to your image. The FD-1 uses the built in Flash for additional illumination. The difference bewtween them is the Macro Ring allows for more detail in the surrounding area of your primary image while the FD-2 illuminates the entire area gving less background details. If you like to experiment with Macro Photography with your TG-4 or TG-5 I suggest you get both. A last point, the LG-1 Macro Ring is not meant for underwater photography but the FD-2 is. Here is a direct statement from Olympus: "Please Note: Although the LG-1 can be left on the camera when underwater, it is not recommended as an underwater lighting accessory as the results would not be desirable. The FD-1 may also be used underwater"

The flash cord allows you to take the flash off the hot shoe on the camera and be more creative with your shots

This is a great off camera flash for a great price. I didn't have any trouble with the flash delaying while shooting back to back shots.
