Radio Microphone Talkabout Motorola

The Motorola CLS - 1110 is a fine handheld radio. It has decent range and can be programmed so as not to interfere with other radio frequencies. More than the radio, however, I was totally sold on the customer service I got from B&H. It was as good as I could have imagined leaving no room to ask for more. Thanks- 5 |

The CLS-1110 2-way radio by Motorola is small, lightweight and easily accessible for my assisted living staff. If only there was a way to eliminate the protruding antenna (can easily get in the way), this would be the world's most perfect unit! 5 |

Bought these for ski patrol duties in the winter and boating in the summer with the waterproof talkabout radios. Have not tested them in the summer yet but so far I like them. Not sure how waterproof they are, but they have been covered by snow and work well. Very rugged and useful - other patrollers have the cheap knock-offs and there is no comparison (those don't last very long and have poor quality). Only drawback is that the clip on the back does not swivel. 5 |

I've always loved using these in radio, so when I had to build a microphone distribution amp, this was my first and only choice. 5 |

As a Ham Radio Operator .....I am always looking for different headset / microphone combo's that sound good and produce good audio reports. Because the newer transceivers have the ability to shape the audio (both receive & transmit) this SB45 combo works very well with my radio's. Thanks Bob W3BTX 5 |

I have had several Moto phones throughout the years and Motorola has never disapointed. 5 |

I needed a new microphone for recording messages for our congregations radio show. The quality of the recordings is amazing. I couldn't be happier. 5 |

Had 2 ambient mics mounted high in a church. They were only being used for recording - and they were picking up an AM radio station with crystal clarity (770 AM - News Talk Radio 77 to be exact). Only the church didn't want the radio station in the recording ... I installed 1 at each microphone and the radio station went away. They worked like a charm. I tried installing them downstairs at the sound system console - they did not work. I tried installing 2 in series at the console - that didn't work either. You have to install them at the microphone location (usually up high where the radio station is being picked up) - but they work really well. I recommend them highly. 5 |

This microphone has a bit more output level than other Models and Brands. It drives my Icom radio just fine ! 5 |

This microphone was a huge leap forward for me! I've been a podcaster and radio show host for almost 10 years now and this is one of the few microphones I've used that had crystal clear sound quality, easy setup, and no hardware issues throughout its setup. Not only would I recommend this to other podcasters and radio hosts but also to singers, first-timers, and anyone else who needs a stationary microphone. I received this product in exchange for my honest review. 5 |
