Works great but does not work with my Razer Base Station Chroma Headset Stand everything else works fine Flash Drives, ExHDD , Razer Chroma blackwidow Elite , Razer Death Adder All of them work perfect But my headset base station got shat on , The only way to get it to work was to connect it directly to the PC with it's own USB 5 |

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Purchased to replace a defective Razer keyboard. I have been very impressed with the responsiveness and feel of the keys. This keyboard is great for playing games and also pleasant to type on and not as loud as a mechanical board. It also has a pretty impressive heft to it, so it does not slide around one's desk. 5 |

I brought this product few weeks ago for my M1 mac, doing DaVinci Resolve (I do have speededitor), adobe package, and obs studio etc. It was extremely easy to SETUP AND to USE, and I was really amazed. I do have Streamdeck XL, however I think this works on another level due to that extremely useful dial. HOWEVER the reason I am writing this review is because of their EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. about a week ago I emailed Carson F at Xencelabs for a function request. And out of my expectation and surprise they send me a Special Build just based on my request and it works perfectly on my system. WOW for 30 years I have been using Wacom and they have never done this for me. ALL I can say at this point is WOW again! THANK YOU CARSON, and XENCELABS!!!!! for the amazing GOOD JOB and product! 5 |
