Coming from the Canon Dynasty, everything was a little disorienting at first. After a day or two, I started to feel the rhythm of this amazing little machine. I say little because, it seems much more compact than my Canon rigs, even with the extra grip (which I highly recommend). As soon as I got comfortable with the buttons and menus, some really stunning images started to happen. Im a convert. 5 |

Korg never fails to impress. This gem is a loaded 61-key keyboard with full-size keys with touch sensitive response. The grand piano setting is remarkable. But the beat part is the play-along rhythm. Start a song and the rhythm adjust to key adding flair to background. Though not weighted keys, they are full-size and offer real feel. And of course, Korg is known for lots of sounds with effects. Great for home studio. 5 |

I have only had the Electribe for 10 days or so, but so far it is one of the more useful rhythm tools I have used. I play mostly folk, blues, and world-type music but I have already developed some excellent rhythm tracks using mostly the percussion section and going light on the filters that significantly modify sound. Another positive factor is that while simple to use initially, a person could spend months experimenting with the different sounds and filters. I also like that it is both a box that will essentially play the rhythm track for you or you can play it as an instrument. While I would like a song mode, it does have a Pattern Set process that allows you to string many four-bar pattern sets in a row by just touching a button before the end of the last beat of the fourth measure of a pattern. I would like to have eight measures instead of four and the Chord function would be more useful if it displayed the chords being played. As usual, ordering from B & H was easy and the delivery was prompt. I love the free Expedited Shipping. 5 |

I have been using this mic to record acoustic guitar. On rhythm tracks I set it up on a stand about 24-30 away from the guitar, while using a Shure KSM137 at the sound hole, recoding two tracks at the same time. The room I am recording in is quite large with high ceilings, so the acoustics of the room are quite good for this type of set up. On finger picking or more lead type tracks. I move it closer in, pointed toward the bridge. In both roles the sound capture of the mic is neutral to a bit warm. It is doing exactly what I wanted to. Can't ask for more than that. Solidly built. I don't think you will get a better mic for the price. Of course B&H service is always excellent. 5 |

I bought this case to transport my DR-880 Rhythm Machine to gigs. It was easy to make it fit my equipment and cables and pedals. As a performing singer-songwriter, this case protects my investment with cushion and water-tightness. Highly recommended - lots of sizes available to meet your needs. 5 |

I use this to hold a Boss Dr. Rhythm DR-3 drum machine. The fit is perfect, like it was made for this. It is well built and solid. The jaw opening is sufficiently sized that it fits all of my different mic stands with room to spare, but clamps down firmly, when securing it, via a screw bolt with a nice handle grip for hand tightening. No negatives. And the price is reasonable. 5 |

Writing drum basslines old fashioned with two oscillators and a wonderful rhythm generator - link it to a Mother 32 and you have a combination bass/drumline and a MIDI controllable background beat (patch ASSIGN from the Mother to ADV/CLOCK of the DFAM, and configure ASSIGN to be the Sequencer Clock). This device is just pure fun. Creating rhythms you want to dance to even without any other notes or instruments. If you are into analog synth sounds and you want to have that disco beats from the 1980ies and also use it for serious music work for today - go for it. 5 |
