I have purchased the Life Saver Bag hoping to lighten my load when I traveled to a location for a shoot. I was going to return it thinking it wasn't going to work well. I am so glad that I kept it. You can use water or sand to fill up the Life Saver. I have chose to use water. I would fill up the life saver at the location and dump the water out afterwards making it easier for me to move it around. If there is no running water at the location, I will fill the Life Saver with water before leaving and put it in to a small plastic box just incase it does decide to leak and then I dump the water out afterwards. So far I had this Life Saver for about a year and have not had it leak on me yet. I use the bag to stabilize my c-stand for my wireless strobe. Couldn't be happier. 5 |

Here is the most important thing you will need to know... IT WORKS! Putting your 5D Mark III into a body of water with a $2500 dollar lens and a flash does not feel natural in any way the first time you ease it into the water. But life is life and if it was going to leak I was going to find out the hard way, It did not leak. Humidity packets that came with it got rid of fog. The only tricky thing is that you really need to dial in your settings before getting in there, or use it on full auto. I shoot in Pools in Manual and it worked fine with a bit of going back and adjusting settings again. Direct flash looks terrible underwater as it does above water, so I am still not sure I will use flash again for my underwater needs. Great thing is I can turn flash on and off through the housing anyways so, not a big deal to have there just in case. The plastic does warp your lcd image and makes it look cloudy, the first time I thought everything looked terrible until I took it out of the thick plastic housing. Bottom line, this works, and the company that makes it guarantees your gear in case of manufacturing failure. KEEP YOUR RECEIPT! 5 |

Easy to use and read for getting the water to the right temperature. Does what it is supposed to do. 5 |

Pocket-sized, easy to use and read, this is a perfect light meter for my needs. I have some old, non-electronic, non-AF lenses with great glass that I use with a newer digital TTL camera. When the camera's metering system throws up its hands in failure, out comes this little Sekonic to save the day. I recommend it highly! 5 |

this one is a lot newer than any light meter i had used previously. i admit i did not read the manual but after some tinkering was able to figure it out pretty quickly. highly recommend as it seems to be meter pretty accurately and seems to be durable. 5 |

I purchased these when I bought my Westcott FJ400 strobes as I wanted to have a clear read on what my power out put was. Since majority of my work is at client businesses, I didn't want to be fumbling and guessing my settings. That said I wish I would have done a little more research on this light meter. I knew it wouldn't fire my strobes, and I was ok with the way you set it up to read the strobe light. (Once you have your settings you hit a button to ready it to read the light, then I click the test on my strobe remote and it gives you a reading). Now for what I was more annoyed about. It took my awhile to figure out how to change the shutter speed options from 1 stop increments to 1/2 stop increments. I honestly just wish that it would come set up with all the shutter speed settings available, and if I wanted to change it to 1/3, 1/2, or 1 stop only that I could then select that. I probably just have a lot more to learn, but I just wanted to set it as close to my sync speed of my camera. Especially if I wanted to shoot at a lower aperture. I struggled with 4 or 5 stars, but ultimately decided 5 stars as it works as advertised. I should have really researched it more, and for the price it isn't a bad light meter. Had I had more knowledge and funds I might have went with the next light meter up. 5 |

RPX 400 pushed to 1600, developed (Clayton F-76) and scanned by lab, shot with Nikon 105mm f/2.5, camera with center-weighted metering. Flower - 1/500, f/5.6 meter read 1 stop over (to brighten the whites); Leaves - 1/1000, f/5.6 meter read about 1/2 stop over; Stump - 1/2000, f/8, meter read correct exposure; Fence - 1/1000, f/8 meter read correct exposure. 5 |

The meter is preceded by the 358 predecessor which was an East to read, accurate and inexpensive meter. It is more compact but nevertheless just as East to read. The hand grip and controls are easy to use although a large hand might feel it to be awkward somewhat. Overall a great reliable meter which is likely to last many years just like its predecessor. 5 |

I was hesitatnt to buy these batteries as I had read they didn't last long. That remains to be seen as I've just recently installed one in my Leica MR-4 meter. Following the instructions that came with the batteries, after an hour or two the voltage was spot on with what the meter required(1.35v) and is as accurate as my D7000 meter. Even if the battery only last 6 months to a year I'll be happy as I now have an operative meter for my M2 and I'm a happy camper. 5 |
