I replaced the 256GB SSD in a Surface Pro 7+. I tried loading an image from the Surface Pro support page and I tried loading Windows 10 & 11 from just the Microsoft site that were not specific to the Surface Pro. I kept having random reboots. It would stay on 25 minutes then reboot then reboot again after it restarted. I finally remembered to check this site for firmware/drivers. Once I installed the firmware update, NO MORE REBOOTS. I hope this helps someone else remember firmware updates 5 |

Good modem...a little difficult to setup (must reboot several times, and set to factory reset a couple of times) to obtain the IP address. Once that is obtained, then just works. 5 |

My Samsung often requires reboot... My L3860CDW printer is always there. Only trouble is asking for a password for a firmware upgrade, claiming it is in the back and trust me, it is NOT ANYWHERE... 5 |
