I have used many USB-serial adapters over the years, and this Keyspan product is by far the best. It is the most reliable adapter I have used. I also like the software that comes with it, which allows you to actually see the data that is being transferred through the serial port. 5 |

It does get warm when moving a lot of data, but it performs well with fast cards. I like that you can put a cord through both the loop on the body of the reader, and through the loop on the cap. That keeps the cap tethered to the reader and also provides a string to make it easier to find in my bag. It also works well in everything I've connected it to - TVs, Android TV streaming devices, PCs and Android Phones (have used with both Galaxy S10e and G Pixel 5a 5G). 5 |
