Recommended Office Printers

We have had laser printers in our medical office for the past 22 years. This one is better than all of them.

Had enough of the problems with HP printers. Decided to try Xerox. The whole office could not be happier.

Great machine for small to midsize office! Highly recommended

It's not very quiet, but since it can handle many multiple users, it doesn't really belong in an office next to someone's workstation. It's also not very loud, either. But, enough about what it isn't. It is fast, crisp, and clean. I looked at faster, less expensive printers by HP and found there was nothing good in the gap between small office printers and light industrial printers. The one printer in that space had multiple reviewers complaining about failures. You get what you pay for.

This is my second, or third, or 4th - not sure exactly how many - Brother printers I have owned. Brother is my go-to brand when shopping for replacement printers for my home office. As with the ones before it, this, too, is an outstanding printer and good value compared to the competition.

I have always owned HP Printers mostly Office Jets. I have five of them now but I needed something with more speed. I am very please with the HP 972. I was a little apprehensive with the price of the cartridges but the quality of the cartridges and printer is great.

It has been a great printer for our office. We have had HP printers for many years and they seemed to stop working making it very difficult to be productive. As a non-profit, we would have to wait to replace them. So far, this printer is working great!

I had one of these label printers on my office desk for a number of years. After I retired I found I needed one just as much here at home, so I bought this one.
