Recommended Wireless Phone Charger With Thick Case

Love this phone case it fits great and looks great works great on a wireless charger.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am currently on my third wireless charger (one stone wireless charger, one built into the base of a lamp and this one), and this is by far my favorite wireless charger. Pros (over other wireless chargers): - Don't always need to take phone out of your case to use (though I've noticed this works without case only part of the time) - Functions as a charger and stand (which is great for FaceTiming without having to continuously hold up the phone) - Inconspicuous when displayed on desk (doesn't add clutter) Cons: - Only chargers phone sometimes without case (though none of my other wireless phone chargers ever work with case, so still an advantage over other product options) - Cord isn't super long, but you could easily buy a longer cord to use)

This is my first experience using a wireless charger with my iPhone X and I have to say that I’m a little surprised at how well it works. I was expecting it to be a little fussy as far as placement goes, but that hasn’t been the case at all. I just plop the phone down and away it goes. Fantastic. Also, I was worried that it wouldn’t work with my phone case because the case has several strips of metal imbedded for attaching to my magnetic car mount, but it works fine, just as the case manufacturer had promised. All good.

The Auray Wireless Charger with Case for Rode Wireless GO and Wireless GO II has been a nice little wireless charger. It's compact, well-made, and comes with a little case so it's easy to toss in a bag and not worry about anymore. For my purposes, I only use this with a wireless charger and it works great. The fewer cords I deal with the better. I saw some comments on the cords and I have a bunch of USB A to C cords so I haven't run into any issues. All-in-all this works great for what I need it to do. I drop my phone often and have always used otterbox. This is my first non-otterbox case as recommended to me and I love it. I'm now looking at other products

This case is generally great. Looking at it online I was worried it would be too thick, but the case is slim and fits in my front pocket without issue. The finger loop on the back is an awesome addition and makes it easier to hold the phone without really any issue with it adding extra thickness. Feel and quality of the case is also top quality. Case was easy to put on with no problems at all getting the phone in.

I ordered the loop case with the red color way and it’s gorgeous! The phone feels secure and rigid and feels great on the hand. Not too thick but thick enough to feel confident with it. I had the loop case for the 12 Pro and it feels just as safe and secure. The loop is essential if you ask me. I have two small issues though. Because of the camera bump I can’t just stick this to my fridge anymore! The 12 pro case was flat and worked well but since they give a rat’s behind about protecting the phone the camera bump gives it just enough space to not stick. The other minor issue I have is the buttons are too easy to press. It’s engineered so well and so smooth I accidentally take screenshots or lock the phone quite often. Just have to get used to hand placement. Well done!

“Peak makes great stuff, but it’s a phone case, how good could it be?” It’s really, really good. The nicest case I’ve ever owned. “They say it’s thin, but you can see the depth of the mount on the back, so it can’t be that thin. And doesn’t the thickness affect the efficiency of the wireless charging?” It seems as thin as my former Apple Leather Case. The mount is brilliantly engineered and very thin (and kind of feels good to run your finger over). There is no adverse effect on wireless charging, and the phone doesn’t get any warmer than normal using my MagSafe charger. “Won’t the fabric eventually wear/stretch/pull out?” This is Peak Design quality all the way. The canvas seems indestructible. The seams where it attaches to the edge bumper are insanely precise and show no gaps or signs of future problems. Plus, they have that lifetime warranty… Those were my main concerns, which were quickly extinguished minutes after opening the package. It’s clear that this is the last case I’ll need (or want) for this phone, and I’ll buy another Everyday Case when I get my next phone.
