RECONYX are very dependable cameras. Glad I spent the extra money on a nice camera. 5 year warranty is worth every penny. 5 |

I had a few cameras from the same series. This camera is very easy to use, the photos are high quality and always canon cameras are very professional- very satisfied!!! 5 |

I bought this to replace a Lexar Professional Gold Series card. While testing (4K@30fps, h.265 10 bit) the Lexar card, camera gave a Hot Card warning after about 40 minutes (although the camera never stopped recording through my 90 minute test. The Delkin card did not present the warning when testing it. I think Lexar card would be fine but, even with the warning, but I prefer the piece of mind from shooting and not seeing the warning. 5 |

Simply amazing camera, continuing the tradition of the 5D series being the de facto professional camera. HOWEVER if you have a functioning 5DM3 and just shoot still images, do not upgrade! I shot a series of images with the 5DM3 & 5DM4, and myself and my other professional photographer colleague could not tell the difference, both in using the camera and the final images, so you can bet your clients won't see a difference either. Only thing I found was a small improvement to high ISO, but not worth the money. 5 |

12 batteries for my Reconyx Trail Cam so I have a backup set on hand. The current set has lasted 8 months including winter temperatures (-30 C) and is still going strong. US prices on batteries are much lower than Canadian prices. 5 |

Before buying the Reconyx unit, I was a little hesitant because I had never heard of them. But they had the unit that did what I needed over the cell network. My wife and I are starting to build a home on the outskirts of town and I needed something to alert me immediately if anyone was in the area when they shouldn't be. There is no electric or wireless out there yet, so this unit seemed to fit the bill. When the package arrived, I read the documentation thoroughly (which was very easy and well written, obviously by someone who knows good English). I installed the batteries, and turned on the unit. I downloaded the app on my cellphone and choose the Reconyx cell plan which made setup completely automatic. I was thinking "this is too easy. I must have missed something". The next day, I went out and strapped the unit to a tree and chose what settings I wanted. I used the app to set everything up and then the app pushed all the settings to the unit over the cell network. Of course, I did have to confirm that we had cell service out there and we did. The Reconyx app lets you know all the stats on the unit - Cell Signal Strength, Battery capacity, SD Card space, etc. I tested the unit on site just to see what it would do. After I saved all the settings, I walked past the camera and waited to see if it would alert my phone. It did exactly what I hoped it would do. I haven't seen any wildlife on it yet (it's only been 5 days so far), but it is very reliable about notifying me immediately when anyone comes out there. When contractors are out working, I just go to the app and tell it to stop capturing motion. This keeps me from getting a bunch of unneeded pictures. I just turn it back on at night. This is a very impressive unit that does everything they say it will. The security I get in knowing my place is secure makes this unit worth every penny. I give it 5 stars. 5 |

Having sprung for the professional L-series Canon lenses, I wouldn't put anything on that glass other than B+W glass! 5 |

If you have L-series or other expensive lenses, you need Hoya UV filter, it's well built professional product! 5 |

Professional use on a 5D. As with all Canon L series lenses, the glass is perfect. I also use the 16-35mm f2.8L and the 24-70mm f2.8L zooms. The 135mm f.2L prime lens just looks a bit sharper than the zooms. They are all great though. Auto Focus is extremely fast & quiet. Very happy with this purchase from B&H. 5 |

As a cinema professional with 15 years in the business with almost 10 years behind the camera on film, television & commercials, I can say that the Rokinon Cine Prime series is an absolute godsend for the low-budget professional. Basically, what you're getting is something that performs to 90-95% of the Zeiss CP2 Super Speed series, but at 1/20th the cost. (Personally, I find the tack-sharp image quality of the Zeiss primes a bit cold and impersonal; the Rokinons imitate the organic softness of the Cooke S4 series very well.) Zeiss, Cooke & Angenieux, in my opinion, are like Ferrari or Mercedes-Benz: you pay a premium for the name and the associated mystique. Rokinon is like a top-end Lexus or Acura: 90-95% of the performance, but at a much more reasonable price. Unlike the high-end European cinema optics leaders, the Rokinon series are definitely not designed to last for 40 years of heavy field use. Their construction is much lighter and uses thinner aluminum than their European equivalents. The lens caps are the rigid plastic ones used in still lens than the durable polyvinyl caps used in cine lenses. The follow focus gears are plastic and will need to be watched for wear. Despite all this, these are priced so reasonably that even if you only get ten years' use out of one, by the time you've reached the operational lifespan of a single Zeiss lens, having replaced the Rokinon lenses four times will *still* mean you've saved 60% of the cost. Don't expect to be impressed by the manufacturer's packaging. It's very cheap. Be sure to check your lens for accuracy if you have it shipped. Beyond that, and beyond the lighter construction, I've been very happy with the images I've created. I have a feeling that if the Germans and the French aren't looking over their shoulders in apprehension, they will be soon. At this rate, the Koreans are eating their lunch. 5 |
