Record Deposits In Quickbooks Online

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is so awesome. I really love the scan to quickbooks feature, it makes entering receipts a whole lot easier. Great quality and love the Canon brand!

The features are almost mind-boggling. Performs two-sided scanning if needed, and the scan speed is the fastest I've ever encountered. Scan quality is excellent, even for color. The user-friendly software allows me to review each document or receipt before saving or exporting, so if I need to make adjustments I know right away. I use Quickbooks desktop version for accounting and had no trouble at all identifying fields and info I wanted to save and export. Should work equally well for Quickbooks online version. Being able to export as a "searchable PDF" is a big plus. It can also save documents as Word file or Excel spreadsheet data or even Powerpoint (Windows version). It even scans business cards. That's versatility not found in run-of-the-mill scanners. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny if it saves time and frustration over manual recordkeeping and document retention. Setup was a breeze right out of the box and it has a very small footprint. It can be used either wired or wireless, with the ability to send scans to email or a smartphone. This thing does it all. I'm definitely impressed and will be recommending it to friends and family. My nephew is a farmer and my neighbor is a truck driver, and both professions require extensive recordkeeping. I'm sure that once they've tried this scanner the benefits will be obvious, especially to their wives who do all the accounting! This is a review for the Epson WorkForce ES-300WR Wireless Document Scanner that I received free of charge to do a beta test and review.

I still have to master it, but I think it will serve us very well. I'm working through the manual. I can get it online which is better for old eyes. We will be using it to record a harp and voice.

Following some research I decided to purchase Sensor Swab ULTRA Type 2. I used these Sensor Swabs as instructed and to clean an APS-C Sony a6000 camera sensor area which showed considerable deposits of what looked like built-up grime. These deposits on the sensor could not be removed by light brushing or vacuuming. Applying three drops of Aeroclipse Digital Sensor Cleaning Fluid to one side of a Swab, I gently dragged the Swab across the surface of the camera sensor from one side to the other. This was easy to do and all foreign material was instantly removed from the sensor. Then reversing the Swab, a return sweep across the sensor in the opposite direction, further restored the surface quality. I am extremely happy with the results of this simple process. Thorough testing of the camera, post-cleaning, revealed that all offending spots and marks, which previously contributed to flawed photos, were no longer present. Thank you for this product which I have found in all ways, performs even beyond my own high expectations!

I purchased this microphone to record audio to go with my video portion of online classes. This micrphone is pricey but it rocks. It is far superior to the built-in iMac microphone I was using. It's very sensitive, even in cardioid mode and with my office door shut it picks up the background drone of the HVAC system in the next room, so I rigged up a foam shield to go around it for sound proofing from that direction. Another faculty member bought one for his online class after seeing mine.

Our pastor uses this mic for sermons and other events in a large sanctuary. We also record the sermons for online distribution and the recordings are crisp and clear. Because the mic stays the same distance from the mouth no matter which way the user turns their head, there are never any more quiet or more loud moments (other than the user raising or lowering their voice). This helps to ensure excellent consistency. I would recommend this mic to just about anyone. The only down-side is that it takes a little longer to put on and take off than most clip-on lav mics.

I bought this mic because I suddenly was called upon to teach music and record music online due to the Covid19 epidemic. I think it’s a great product at a reasonable cost and really sounds fantastic! I play and teach flute and shakuhachi but use it for speaking voice also and in all these realms it does an excellent job!

We purchased this Viewboard to record lectures and do online interactive workshops. The Viewboard is easy to just start using, but with time there are lots of additional features and cool things you can do. Writing on the board is crisp and clean. It was definitely built for commercial environments - very well made. Our biggest complaint is that the hard plastic stylus is pretty loud when writing on the glass surface and is very noticeable on the recordings. Luckily most any stylus or finger works just fine. Very happy with our purchase.
