Recording Studio Monitor Stands

Use these in the recording studio to hold some very large monitors. Because my monitors are big and heavy I added a 25b weight plate to the base of each stand and they are now rock solid. (Olympic style weight plates with a 2 center hole fit perfectly. My stands are rocking Golds Gym labeled plates and they look fantastic!) Getting your near field monitors off the mixing desk eliminates the need to use de-coupling pads. It also gives a lot more flexibility in setting the dimensions of your listening triangle. Theses stands are much higher quality than I expected at this price. Could not be more pleased and you will not regret this buy! 5 |

I bought this for my recording studio and have bought many wall mount TV stands and tons of electronic gear. I have never written a review on anything unless I hate it or love it.Probably the best product I have ever purchased as far as price, durability, and adjustment. A total bargain. The only reason I am on here giving this review is because I am ordering another one so I can get both my monitors off my recording desk.WAY TO MOUNT-IT, MOUNT-IT!!!Please don't change it.Thanks! 5 |

I do a lot of recording, often times in venues outside of the studio- auditoriums, concert halls, churches, etc. These stands are perfect for the job- provided you have a few of those 3/8ths to 5/8ths adapters lying around (if you've ever bought a new mic or mic clip, chances are you do somewhere, if not, you can pick some up on B&H). Not only do they reach beyond virtually all standard mic stands, but they keep mics safe when descending and have a huge footprint when folded out to keep things from magically falling over as some mics like to do. They fold up and lock together nicely, providing a remarkably easy way to carry the stands (compared to the joy that is carrying a bag of traditional mic stands). However, they don't seem to work as well on non-level surfaces or in small spaces and putting two in very close proximity can be problematic (closest I got was about a foot separation, a bit too wide to do a proper XY with a pair of short SDC's, but plenty enough to do ORTF or close spaced pair). I tend to end up using a mix of these and smaller, ultra-portable mic stands for most of my out-of-studio recording work. 5 |

I just finished setting up my home studio and these stands definitely are worth the money! If you are looking for studio monitor stands, Pyle is the way to go!!! 5 |

I had purchased an additional monitor to use in my recording studio. However, once I placed it into position behind my mixing board, I realized I was having great difficulty seeing all of the small icons on recording software. I only use reading glasses for small print up close but this monitor exposed the in between area of my eyesight that no prescription lenses can correct. So, I ordered the Ergotron monitor arm to try and rectify my issue. I was a bit hesitant about spending that much money for an extension arm but now I'm gad I did. This arm was so easy to set up even with my unusual shaped desk. It can be installed in a number of positions and I found the perfect spot for mine. It can be manipulated in a number of positions and angles for proper viewing and for moving it out of your way when necessary. It is built like a tank. It has a great cord rganizer which I really found useful since the monitor I'm using has six cables coming from it for use with all of my other peripherals. I don't know how I lived without it. 5 |

I like to listen to the original recording. So I think popular studio monitor is the best because this is how's the music was sound when produced. Other than a studio monitor the sound is altered in some way. I used to have a sony mdr-v6. 7506 is a little brighter. I like the the sound. The clamping is a little strong. Hopefully it will loosen up over the time. Overall this is one of a few low cost audiophile headphone! 5 |

The pair of studio monitor stands are quite sturdy and the price was well positioned. A very good value. I like the variation in height capability. 5 |

I'm pleased with my purchase of the Auray LMS-335 studio monitor stands. The assembly directions could have been a bit clearer, and the small print required me to use a magnify glass, but once assembled, I could not be happier with this purchase. 5 |

It only took a few minutes to assemble and position these stands. I use them for my computer's M-AUDIO studio monitor speakers. Since I installed the stands, I've been wondering why I didn't buy them sooner. The sound is so much better having the speakers at the right height. 5 |
