This machine replaced the aging NUC5 on my wife’s desk. I set it up with enough DRAM and storage that she should be set for another eight or nine years. Very smooth assembly and software setup, great performance on the usual office apps, extremely quiet.

Takes up very little room on my desk. I only plug it in when I need to copy files from desktop to permanent storage, but even then it isn't a loud unit. I don't recommend keeping it plugged into your computer all the time, it will slow things down momentarily because everything else is SSD. Keep it handy, plug it in only when needed. Works great!

This softbox is great. It's large and easy to attach. I prefer the glint given by this shape rather than a rectangle.

This head is easy to install and is great as a flash head. I had a little light spill on the rectangle head. This one does not have that problem.
