Recycle Non Rechargeable Batteries

I'm an environmentalist and Sierra club member, so appreciate these rechargeable batteries. Reduce, reuse and recycle, that's my motto. Thanks for your product!

Glad I went with the rechargeable power source. The faster recycle time is very handy. Even at 1/1 recycle plenty fat enough to photograph my active toddlers. I will easily get 500 flashes out of one charge. Spend the extra coin and get this one.

I am coming from using a 600 EX-RT using rechargeable Enloop (2500MA) batteries to power it. However, recycle time was cumbersome when shots were taken in consecutive order and the recycle time(s) would leave many images under exposed. Not the case with the EL-1 speedlite and the LP-EL Li-ion battery. Recycle time is almost instantaneous, with the exception of high or full power output, than the recycle time is 0.8 - 1 second. A tremendous improvement over the AA rechargeable cells. Battery life is very good depending of flash output. At full out put you can expect over 300 shots and at reduced power much more. My experience is limited since I have been using the EL-1 for about three weeks. But on average I can get over 500 flashes with mixed power output from a single charge. The instruction manual notes that at minimal power you can expect over 2,000 flashes.

First thing I love is a USB rechargeable battery, dump the AA's. Fast recycle and the radio communications is great. Much improved over light waves that easily get lost.
