The Motorola CLS - 1110 is a fine handheld radio. It has decent range and can be programmed so as not to interfere with other radio frequencies. More than the radio, however, I was totally sold on the customer service I got from B&H. It was as good as I could have imagined leaving no room to ask for more. Thanks- 5 |

The CLS-1110 2-way radio by Motorola is small, lightweight and easily accessible for my assisted living staff. If only there was a way to eliminate the protruding antenna (can easily get in the way), this would be the world's most perfect unit! 5 |

Good sound and reception for a basic analog radio. The red light helps with tuning in. I have older Sony radios and this one is an upgrade for sure. 5 |

I, like many of us, have a ton of photos from 1950s (parents time) till almost late 80s and needed a simple to use, high speed and smart photo scanner. Was tired of 1 picture at a time scanners that do not work with OSX and general purpose scanners that are dumb when it comes to high volume photo scanning. I finally have my problem resolved with the FF-680W. what I love is that it can handle paper scanning A4, B*, Legal and a ton of other sizes gracefully. Helps me get rid of a whole filing cabinet of files. Great job Epson. Love you guys for this product. This is now part of my dream home office set up. Sits pretty with the small foot print and is available on demand working on USB and wireless .... great product. glad I bought it.... 5 |

I have had several Moto phones throughout the years and Motorola has never disapointed. 5 |

In the mid-1950s when I was 10, I was attempting to photograph robins in my backyard using my Hopalong Cassidy camera. My mother called me and said, Here, take this salt shaker. Put salt on the birds tails so they can't fly away. I spent the rest of the day unsuccessfully trying to approach those birds. Now at 71, I just purchased the new Nikon AF-S 80-400 f4.5-5.6 G lens. The lens cost more than I wanted to spend, but the lens is even more than what I have always dreamed to own. The VR is exceptional, the focusing is fast and accurate, and the lens is super sharp. This is my fifth FX lens, and although each lens that I attach to my D600 is my favorite when I am shooting, this will be my go-to Florida bird lens. Since I am the type of photographer who actively seeks my subjects on long treks, usually without my tripod or monopod, a dependable, well balanced, exceptional lens with outstanding VR allows me to forgo my mother's salt shaker. 5 |

I have a Konica 1 camera from the 1950s. It's difficult to find filters and hoods for. So, I've taken to using a 41mm series VI adapter which pushes onto the lens. That allows me to use series VI hoods. The problem then becomes one of filters for the camera. Most series VI filters are uncoated, and probably delaminated by now. As well, they are likely to be scratched up.The Heliopan series VI gives me the benefit of a brand new filter in this no-longer common filter size. Planar filter surfaces, coating, and Schott glass are some of the benefits of the Heliopan filter.I also bought their Series VI yellow filter for use with B&W film. 5 |

I use this film in my 1950s Rolleiflex when I'm feeling that I need a break from digital or I want that feel that you only get with medium format B&W. This film has just the right amount of grain, and it's really easy to develop. I'm a complete amateur when it comes to developing my own film, and I can easily get good results with this film in a daylighting tank in my kitchen. The 400 ISO makes it easy to get good exposures on an older camera where the shutter speeds are no longer so accurate, and the tonal range is very nice. 5 |

m10 monochrom needed a lens for rangefinder adjustment because 1950s dual range summicron was suspect. after a bit of tweaking, the camera and lens work great with accurate focus. the 75mm length and a 35mm will be the go to lenses. 5 |

Just like the Kodak PhotoFlo we remember from the 1950s and better than some products since. The first few rolls dried flat and spotless. 5 |
