Star Tech used to make junk, so I was a little leary of it. But this USB 3.0 SATA III Drive Adapter Cable is very good, and it is a necessary tool for migrating the OS from one's old SSD to the new one. It worked very well and relatively quickly. There were some headaches with the migration software unrelated to this item, but in the end the OS and all the data moved through this adapter without any anomalies. 5 |

Works just as expected. I use with 2 Red Plus Drives and is very fast. Upload and download speeds at around 110MB/s on big size files, around 30MB/s on small files. Works flawlessly with Mac OS and Time Machine backups. Fan is silent and I do not hear it running, the only noise is when hard drives are in use. The OS for the NAS works well and is snappy. Powder coated metal case looks nice and gives it a great build quality. I highly recommend. 5 |

I bought this to use at a local star gazing event. The red light was perfect for walking around. Surprisingly good. The form factor is also pretty darn convenient. Clipped it to my collar. No need to hold it with my hand. No need to wear a baseball hat or sill head strap. Dignity saved. PRICELESS. 5 |

The perfect tool for every astronomer! It's red light/beam, small size, and clips onto to anything makes it a must have for star gazing. No more holding my pen light in my mouth while juggling expensive eye pieces in the dark. It really is an amazing little light and the white beam will light up the yard for sure. Almost forgot about the adjustable directional feature which allows you to adjust the direction of the beam. I wish I had one years ago. Highly recommended,,110% satisfied! 5 |

What's the quickest way to become persona non grata at a star party? Easy, just flash any kind of white light, even for a moment. That's what I appreciate about this lamp, a dedicated switch for red light, not a cycle of going through green light, then white (opps!), maybe an emergency signal as well, and finally red. The idea of charging the lamp with a USB connection wouldn't have been my first choice, but it's no big deal for me, and it's nice to know I'm going out into the dark with a fully-charged unit. This is a good choice for night photography if others are around. 5 |

Combine this with a 90 degree star diagonal, red dot finder, and heavy duty alt azimuth tripod and you will be reaching for the stars. 5 |

Kind of hard to compare this finder to the normal red dot finder because the red dot finder more or less obliterates the star once you get close to it. On the other hand the Telrad with its circles lets you see the star which is what you are trying to do. 5 |

I think this is the best finder scope i have tried. I have tried red dot finders and finder scopes, but this is the easiest to use as it's easy to align to the telescope with the knobs on the back, has rings to show how close to the target you are and makes it easy to find what part of the sky you are looking at. Sometimes i don't even use the mounts go to and i just star hop along. I also use it to for the three star alignment. 5 |

Used the Vixen Headlamp for a night of star gazing. Loved it, finally found a headlamp I can use for star gazing. Tried many and they are way too bright. Used it all night, still a little brighter red than I would have liked on low, but usable. I like the arm band as I can put it on my wrist to light the planisphere and charts from the side as red washes out the writing. Can't tell you about the white light as I never used it. 5 |

Comments about Blue Star 90132 Red Microfiber Oval Large Eye Cushion: I attached this to my ZACUTO EVF FLIP pro. Without this cushion I was rubbing skin off the Bridge of my nose after a long day of shooting. Not any more 5 |
