Can't find the 65 cartridges around here often, and then they are high priced. Yours more than fits the bill.

Even better than promised. Will try hooking it to my refrigerator.

Strong enough to hold up a refrigerator, I think. Fits perfectly, of course.

I use this on my Canon HF G10 video camera. It has proven itself to be very usable to stabilize video shoots with it. The size lends itself to be very controllable without the use of counter weights of other systems. Certainly the counter weight systems are useful in many if not all situations however if those systems are too cumbersome or restrictive then this is one to use. The Canon HF G10 uses a flash drive so it is not a heavy camera making it easy for this grip to handle. The single hand-grip is made of sturdy molded plastic and the attachment and pivot points are well made with a mix of chrome plated high tensile steel and high carbon steel where they count. This type of hand grip is very hard to come by as a lot of available hand grips are either part of a counter weight system or mounting system for lights, microphones, etc. In summary this is a well made, high quality single purpose accessory that deserves support from the motion and still photography community. It is easy to use and its cost is very reasonable in considering its quality. I am a firm believer in the saying that you pay for what you get. The only thing wrong about this item is that it is not always available for immediate purchase. A possible testament to its popularity? Perhaps.

I film football games for a high school in Indianapolis, IN. We are playing in Lucas Oil Stadium and where you film from is very high up, but the location has a counter in front of it so it is difficult to set up a standard tripod and film. The Slik Mini-Pro V allows me to set up the camera on the counter and so the films will be smooth with no jerking due to trying to move the tripod, the Mini-Pro V will insure easy panning. The tripod is light weight, but strong enough to handle a Canon GL2. The only wish I have is it needs a carrying case with strap so you can easily carry it with all of the other equipment.

The morning after I got this scope the (angled) Ultima 65 let me watch as a Great Blue Heron a half mile away stalked then speared with its bill and guzzled down a writhing fish. After dark, with Jupiter centered in the field of view @55X, the planet was very sharp with surface banding and four moons easy to see. This spotting scope is well made and has good optics (all Ultimas use BAK4 prisms). There is some pincushion distortion noticeable on straight lines and the inevitable false color at high magnifications. About 15-20% of the outer field of view at high mag. is a bit soft, but I did not find that any of these were so extreme as to interfere with the pleasure of using the 65. I highly recommend this scope for land use and nature study, but it also does well on the moon and brighter planets, and at 18X can be used for scanning the Milky Way. Smallish and light weight, there's no reason to leave this behind when you want to see the world outside up close. A sturdy tripod is necessary for the best viewing, but it can be used handheld at lower magnifications.
