Refurbished Apple Ipad 2 Tech Support

There was some confusion on my part activating my new iPad so I called Apple support and though the tech was very earnest, she couldn't solve my trouble. After a long time on the call, she passed me to a senior tech who brusquely said the iPad was defective and send it back to the seller (!?). I did get an appointment to visit Apple store to see genius for the following day. The next morning I decide to call Apple support one more time. That tech knew exactly what the problem was and had the iPad activated in minutes. He also sent me some links to user guides for the iPad. So an hour trip to the Apple store wasn't needed after all.

Must Have if you have imacs. Apple tech support is very reliable and helpful.

I'm not much for buying extended warranties except for high price equipment that can be prohibitively expensive to repair once they're out of warranty. My Mac computers fall into that category but, just as important, after 90 days tech support by phone stops unless you have Applecare. Apple's phone tech support has been excellent and I wouldn't want to be without them when needed. I've also had my Macbook fixed....while I waited....at my local Apple store with the cost being covered by Applecare. That's when you realize how essential this repair insurance is.

Might not be needed but always good to have real, understandable & immediate tech support than Apple excels at!

The best part of apple care is their tech support. i have never seen ANY other company where their tech folks are willing to stay with you as long as it takes to solve your problem. i have an apple computer and on three occasions when i sought tech support they stayed with me on the phone for two hours until someone solved my problem. that's true CARE!!!

I always buy AppleCare for my Apple products - it extends the warranty and tech support period and to me has always been worth it. If you have one little hardware problems these days it's very expensive to get it repaired!

after using PC for 25 years, now i know what i was missing..brilliant hi def screen, fast, no. 1 tech support, if you want to stay ahead of technology, imac or apple is your source, user's friendly, best tech support, twice as much money then PC but, four times better in support and technology, since hardware and software is made by apple so one call does it all, no more calling 25 different manufacture if you have pc probb lem, easy to use, very friendly, tutorial in great detail, can't think of anything, that aren't so good about imac,

It's a no brainer really. Nothing beats having access to Apple's excellent tech support as well as providing hardware insurance and so if I can extend it beyond the normal warranty period - well I'm going to jump on it.
