I have never bought refurbished lenses or cameras before but, after assurances by B&H sales staff, I took the plunge and am very pleased that I did. I have use it daily to take 250/500 wildlife photos and my only criticism is a slight softness at 300 mm which was to be expected. 5 |

I had debated whether to go for the refurbished instead of new but decided it was worth it to save almost $300. The fact it was Nikon Refurbished and therefore has a Nikon Warranty means the extra warranty protection from my credit card should also apply. Well I got my camera and except for the fact that it wasn't in the pretty gold box, it looks jut like new - My first picture was shutter activation #1! I am very happy about my purchase and am having fun learning about all of the new features compared to my old D90. I took a group picture at my Rotary Club meeting using the Nikon SnapBridge and was even able to adjust the exposure to compensate for backlighting. 5 |
