My refurbished body was indistinguishable from new– although as a refurb it comes in a plain box with no manual. I was upgrading from a D7100 and expected only modest improvements, but I was wrong. The D7500's sensor is significantly less noisy than the 7100, autofocus is more reliable, and the image buffer is effectively infinite. The shutter is quiet and smooth, and it can snick-snick-snick at 8 frames/second. There are ergonomic improvements, like the touch screen, and the dedicated ISO button. The resolution decrease from 24MP to 20MP is not significant; I'll take the D7500's sensor over its predecessors any day of the week. I have zero complaints; this is an outstanding camera, especially at the refurb price. 5 |

I bought this for my Nikon D3000 body. I only had the body so I bought this refurbished lens and it works perfectly just as I would have bought it brand new. It is a great general lens for all occasions and settings, if you use it correctly. 5 |

I just received my Nikon refurbished D7500 today. You could set it next to a brand new body and it would be impossible to tell the difference between the two. I was hesitant to buy a refurb body but every single one of my fears has been removed. I am currently waiting for the battery to charge so I can get out and drive this thing.
