I am so glad that I found B&H for my refurbished laptop. I came to me quickly and in mint condition. I even got the optional HP Pen that I can use on the touch screen (this is a $50+ value). The only thing I am nervous about is the 3-month warranty, but at the price I think it's worth the risk. I would use B&H again for any future tech purchases. 5 |

Bought a refurbished one. It's been nothing but excellent. Fired right up, P-Touch Editor is AMAZINGLY easy to use. I've used Photoshop for a decade, and I just import my JPEG, hit "check media", and it prints right out! It's easy to load paper, I use it for produce labels so I was happy to see the two color (red/black) is waterproof and extremely durable. I just can't say enough good things about it. Note: Power chord is only about 4 feet, which isn't a huge deal, just realize you will need an extension chord if you're running it a long way. 5 |
