I ordered mine as an extra. I read the negative reviews and I do question how those people took care of their batteries. I use mine weekly on commercial shoots and i have never had any issue with a any one of my batteries. They charge fine. Hold their charges and fire everytime. You should deff take proper care of these things. But i have never encountered any issues with my 4 batteries in almost 2 years 5 |

Not much to say, with all the previous glowing reviews already given.But with one difference--don't go cheap if you want something to last for a while.The reviews here, heavily convince me to get this items* yes, got two*, I was going for a more cheaper one, *under $$.* The Folding arms of the stand, must be handled with care, they will close properly and open if done with proper care.And yes, they are a little heavy, but that weight is needed to keep it stable, and small sandbags will hold it down, if use when shooting outside, if windy.And oh, they come with their own carry bag. I've read reviews on this umbrella and other Impact umbrellas and some said it broke very easily, or right when they took it out of the package. I take very good care of my equipment, and if you take care of this umbrella, it will not brake. I think this umbrella is great. 5 |

Have not had to use it yet, but because of all the positive reviews and experiences, felt this would be enough to take care of a power outage duration of a day or two. Very easy to use. Instructions and operating manual very clear and understandable. Tested and operates the refrigerator, fans, and lights. 5 |
