READ THIS - I will save you time and tons of frustration: 1) the screwdriver that came with mine did NOT work, I have #00 Philips head precision screwdriver that works perfectly so get one of those beforehand, 2) once you remove the three screws as outlined in the video, to remove the original plastic on the lens, make sure you have the lens at 24mm so the glass is out of the way, then stick your thumb underneath the side OPPOSITE the electronic contacts and push up (out) - you don't need to push very hard so if it feels like it is bending, move your thumb slightly left/right until you feel it give, 3) THERE ARE two parts to remove, the main part and then there will still be plastic attached closest to the electronic contacts, you need to remove that, 4) YOU MUST REMOVE the black screws that were already installed in the Haida adapter BEFORE you attempt to put it in your lens, 5) use the original screws to screw the Haida adapter in place (I'm not sure why they included the black screws already pre-installed but I just kept them in case I sell the lens later).
