Even better than promised. Will try hooking it to my refrigerator.

Strong enough to hold up a refrigerator, I think. Fits perfectly, of course.

I used this without a hitch (after applying a light-mask of black art board with a hole cut out in the center for the slides to be placed--and taped at the corners to the light box with painter's tape to prevent the mask from moving around). The lightbox is perfect in every way!

Really only use the shoot through. To remove the black cover, undue the metal covers that attach the black to the corners of the umbrella. Now the black should only be held in the center. Open the umbrella fully. Now unscrew the shiny center cover and fully remove the black cover. Replace the shiny center cover and you are ready to use it as a shoot through. Takes about a minute. Only complaint is there are no ground spikes on the stand, but for the price I can't complain

While this is the only black and white film I've ever used, I do believe that it's the best 4x5 film available today. It's all we're really allowed to use at Art Center and since ... is the man, I do believe that he's correct in his film choice. If you're shooting 4x5 definitely work with this film.
