Replace Cr2032 Motherboard Battery

I run through a bunch of CR2032 batteries every couple of months. I like these because battery life has been good, and I can buy them at a reasonable price through B&H. 5 |

The RAYOVAC CR2032 Lithium Battery (2-Pack) contained two, count-em two CR2032 cells. Absolutely amazing!!. These were purchased as spares, so I have not measured their voltage yet. Presumably, they will produce the rated 3 Volts and will last for 190 to 240 mAh. They are 20 mm in diameter, shiny and light weight and most likely contains some lithium & manganese dioxide so are technically a LiMn02 cells. FYI: They can explode if heated to more than 80 deg. C. 5 |

After Canon had to replace the motherboard twice from jerks while tethering, I now have this attached. So far it is working! 5 |

A hard drive died in my aging desktop, and I figured I'd replace it with a modern NVMe SSD. Of course my old motherboard doesn't have M.2 slots, so I decided to try this adapter. My motherboard is from an era before NVMe's existed (Ivy Bridge CPU), so there was some concern for compatibility. Luckily, everything worked seamlessly! The heatsink is a bit gimmicky; considering the included thermal pad and that my SSD had some cover on top of its chips, I'm dubious about the actual heat transfer. Regardless, things seem to be running cool and smooth! 5 |

I bought this motherboard to replace a Gigabyte GA-AB350-Gaming-3 from 2017 that had been giving me major troubles of late, not wanting to POST. I'd finally had enough of it and decided to get a different motherboard entirely, and this one had the feature set I wanted without too many extras (didn't need built-in Wi-Fi). Once I got the board in the mail, it only took me about an hour to remove everything from the old board and transfer it to the new one, and after some time spent with fingers crossed as hard as I possibly could, I eventually did get Windows booting again without having to reinstall anything. (Some blue-screens were happening, but never the same one twice, and eventually it just mysteriously started working. Shrug.) I never once had to mess with updating the firmware or any of the advanced settings in the UEFI. The only thing I wish were a little bit more robust is the included I/O backplate. The one included with my old Gigabyte was fairly nice, felt fairly solid, popped in and out without too much fuss. The one included with this one is basic thin aluminum and I had to bend back a lot of sprues before popping it in, so that they wouldn't contact with the insides of the ports when I slid the board in place. But, y'know? For the price point and feature set I got, I'm just glad the thing works again, and that I didn't have to build an entire new computer here. 5 |

A great motherboard to replace my old one! Swapped out the old one with this new motherboard with no problems. It runs great with my new AMD Ryzen 7 5800X! Hope it works I'm the long run! 5 |
