Replace Hard Drive Hp Pavilion Dv7 Laptop

Replaced the original mechanical 1TB hard drive in our HP Pavilion laptop using the Samsung Migration software. Made an image copy of the old drive, removed the old drive and rebooted into all the content that was there before! Superfast boot, applications open in an instant. The old computer had a slot for the optane cache memory and this fit in the M2 slot with no problems. Like a new laptop for $100 bucks!

I bought this laptop to replace my 7 year old HP Pavilion laptop. I was happy with the quality of the computer, as well as the Intel processor. It is a beautiful computer at a reasonable price.

I got this for an old hp pavilion 3000 series laptop and it works perfectly to expand the amount of ports you need, the transfer speeds aren't bad either, even with a more modern usb drive.

I replaced my 1 year old HP laptop hard drive (that bit the dust 2 months after the warranty), with the SanDisk SSD. �Runs like a dream. �Also was very surprised that it came with a 5, yes 5 year warranty.

The Seagate Thin hard drive in my HP laptop died after three years of heavy use. The HP 11t x360 is a pain to take apart so I chose the San Disk SSD as a way to never replace the drive again (if the laptop lasts another three years). The laptop boots in half the time with the SanDisk SSD, runs cooler with longer battery life. I am impressed with SSD technology! Also, I had forgotten to write the drive serial number down before closing up the laptop. But, B&H had the serial number on the packing slip!

Definitely get one if you don't want to upgrade to a new model of laptop just yet! Obviously it's a little small if you wanna use it on a desktop, but it's fine on a laptop

I bought this cable to replace the one for my protable hard drive. The old cable was of decent quality but broke when someone picked up my laptop and jerked the hard drive off the table by its cord. When I ordered this one I was worried that it might be to light duty to carry sufficient power for the drive. Not so for this cable. I was pleasantly surprised to find this was every bit as heavy duty as my old cable. It's outer casing is a respectable 5/32 thick. While the picture appeared to be less than an 1/8. It even has better stress relievers on the plugs. I have had absloutly no problems with the cable in the three months I have used it. The 3' length is a perfect length is perfect for me because it is long enough to allow me to move my laptop without having to cleverly pickup my hard drive at the same time. At this price This is a great buy.

I needed additional storage for my Mac Laptop. As I couldn't replace the internal hard drive I purchased this and velcro'ed to the back side of the display and used the Kondor 5 right angle USB cable to connect. I had to reformat the drive to use Apple's formatting. Once done the transfer went smooth and fast. Didn't do a speed test although it was faster than a Flash Drive for not much more $$.
