Replace Micro Usb Plug Ring Solar Charger
Mark L. | 2024-07-16 02:48:34 |
I had to replace some of the batteries on 6 camera system. The usb-micro connection is a little weak and I had a few break. I have solar panels on all the cameras and it keeps the batteries charge all summer, when winter comes the sun just doesn’t cut it. 5 |

I bought this camera to see how well the all in one (cell and solar charger) would work. After installing 3 cell links to use with my existing Cameras. They worked OK just not consistent due to cell signal. I then bought 2 Link -micro-lite.They worked much better then the Cell links and no cords for racoons to destroy. I then installed a a solar rechargeable battery pack. (since my hunting is a 3 hours 1 way trip) After adding the extra cost for the DYI solar battery pack. The Link-micro-s lte would of been cheaper. So I bought a Link-Micro-S LTE (the all in one) and it has preformed flawless. No more trips to see why the solar charger wasn't charging. All my future trail cameras will be the LINK-MICRO-S-LTE. Too bad I didn't learn this before investing in everything to get to this point. 5 |

Bright light, and looks like it will last. It has a plug to be charged with a usb charger (not included). 5 |

This is my first non-Fuji autofocus lens. I researched the crap out of various new 3rd party lenses before making this purchase, and was *still* pleasantly surprised by the image quality, low light performance and rendering. I love shooting at night and this lens does NOT disappoint. Both manual and back button focusing are a breeze, and the autofocus works quickly and quietly. The only negatives: A stepless aperture ring on a fly-by-wire lens is useless on a Fuji camera -- especially for video, as exposure changes aren't smooth.. ever. But that's Fuji's issue, not the Viltrox. The ring is stiff enough to avoid accidental changes most of the time.. but I would have preferred incremental half-stop clicks. The other negative is purely aesthetic -- the Viltrox doesn't look as cool/retro as Fuji cameras and some of their primes.. so in a way this lens looks *decades* newer than my X-T3! Also, when updating firmware, be sure and purchase a USB micro *data* cable. I have about 10 USB-micro cables around the house, but NONE worked because they're designed for device charging rather than data transfer. I almost returned the lens before I figured this out. 5 |

The Dou charger not only allows the charge of 2 batteries but it can use different power supplies. I am able to charge 2 batteries at a times using a solar battery pack such as the DigiPower Solar Portable Dual USB 15,000mAh Battery RF-PBSLR15 (bhphotovideo.com). It can also be plugged into any USB charging port. 5 |

This charger is amazing! I'm planning a backpacking trip and require a DC charger to hook to my solar panel. I bought this charger because it has exchangeable plates that can charge both my camera batteries when used with an extra 5$ plate. I hooked this up to my panel and was able to charge my battery in less than 8h with the charger working flawlessly. It also has a AC plug with adapter for the euro zone. The USB charging port is also a plus. I contacted the company to ask if this product would work with a solar panel and had a few questions as to if the device would shut off once the battery was fully charged (it does) and what would happen to the USB port (does not turn off) because I planned to use it as trickle charging of a USB battery.. I have not tested the USB port as my plans have changed, but I was very happy with the company responding within 8 hours of my request! 5 |

Plug-and-play, no software setup required. Needs a micro usb power supply. Can use both conversions simultaneously. I'd love if BMD made one for 4K! 5 |

Works good. It's pretty straight forward. Nice backup for any device that uses a USB to Micro plug for charging. 5 |

It might seem simple, but getting a Type A USB device (the large USB) to plug into the micro-USB on Nexus 7 Tablet running Android OS 4.2.2 and actually work is not straight forward. However, this device did the trick and worked the first time. This cable also covers the connection point while other adapters had the connection area exposed and also did not work. 5 |
