I recently purchased a new NEST thermostat to replace a thermostat custom for my furnace & air conditioner. The wiring was odd and so I called in a Reliance installer, who inspected, then easily installed the NEST. This unit functions flawlessly and it was a conch connecting it to my home wifi and adding it to my NEST account online. The product is unobtrusive and fits beautifully with our decor. 5 |

Electrical power spikes occur for many reasons and your sensitive electronics won't survive unless you have a quality surge suppressor. Most products sold as surge supressors only provide a low level of protection and are little more than power bars. The Isobar offers a high level of protection and, unlike most other surge suppressors, will isolate each outlet from surges caused by other appliances plugged into it. Case in point, I needed to use an air conditioner on the same outlet as a computer. The Isobar effectively protects the computer from power surges as the air conditioner cycles on and off. 5 |

I used this to replace an APC H10 Power Conditioner in my stereo system. The H10 had a plainly observable negative effect on the bass response & the soundstage, despite experimenting with many arrangements & interventions (including upgrading the power cord). This SurgeArrest unit restored all of the liveliness of the bass & widened the soundstage. It also protects the system from surges in the data line, which the H10 could not do. I'm extremely satisfied with the purchase. I'd recommend it to any audiophile. 5 |
