This was a replacement for an Intuos Pro Medium that was least a dozen years old. The old tablet was fine, but the drivers were hopelessly out-of-date, and I could not make it work with my new Mac. I spent a looooong time reading reviews to try and decide if I could get by with a small instead of a medium. I think I tipped toward the small after seeing some comments in the KelbyOne community. For photo retouching, I have found the small table to work very well. If I were drawing or painting digitally, I could see the value for a larger tablet, but for my work, the smaller size is right. Years ago, I developed terrible shoulder pains using a mouse to do extended retouching jobs. (repetitive motion issues) I have since become a believer in using a tablet for retouching. 5 |
