Replacing Cr2032 Batteries Tray

I run through a bunch of CR2032 batteries every couple of months. I like these because battery life has been good, and I can buy them at a reasonable price through B&H.

I got tired of replacing batteries.

The RAYOVAC CR2032 Lithium Battery (2-Pack) contained two, count-em two CR2032 cells. Absolutely amazing!!. These were purchased as spares, so I have not measured their voltage yet. Presumably, they will produce the rated 3 Volts and will last for 190 to 240 mAh. They are 20 mm in diameter, shiny and light weight and most likely contains some lithium & manganese dioxide so are technically a LiMn02 cells. FYI: They can explode if heated to more than 80 deg. C.

This grip works great with the Canon 6D. It is cheaper than the Canon grip and does almost exactly the same job. It is very convenient that there is a AA Battery tray that you can substitute for the 2 Canon battery tray. If you ever are in a pinch and you cannot wait for the Canon batteries to charge you can throw some AA batteries in the grip, which is great. The one down side is that the build quality is slightly lower than Canon's, but you get what you pay for. Excellent product +

I like having a display of what your challenge is doing I also like that it takes a different tray on top to charge other batteries with and battery's seems to last twice as long

The charger is well built, has a nice design, shows the progress of the charging and will charge two main batteries at the same time. I have not yet tried the AA charging tray yet. This charger will work for more than one style battery as the tray can be interchanged. I have not looked to see if the trays are sold separately. I am glad I purchased this charger and the Manfrotto batteries. Much better than what comes standard with the camera.

I feel like this grip is a little easier to use than previous ones. I like the new battery tray and how it holds the batteries now. The charging light is also convenient. Can't speak for the R5 but I haven't been able to run this thing down past 1/2 capacity in a day shooting surfers yet. Definitely good to make sure you keep up that charge and get your high speed + drive out of your R5/R6.

As it is assembled kit, tray & batteries, it was very easy to replace. It also came with easy to follow instruction. I popped it in and reset. That is it - very satisfied.

I have 2200mAh and now the 6600mAh batteries from Dracast. I had Dracast LED lights, but have since sold them. I was very happy with the quality of the lights, so I gave their rebranded batteries a try. No complaints, for the price. The 2200mAh chargers never turned 'green' to indicate a full charge and the tray was forever coming off with the battery when it was removed after charging. The 6600mAh ones I recently got did turn green (after an overnight charge) and the tray stays in place. Time will tell, but the 2200mAh ones are a year old and going strong. Like all the budget chargers, they are slooowwww. Happy camper!
