Replacing Light Bulb In Samsung Microwave

Replacing the old Arri open-faces, this light takes previous design advantages and improves upon them, creating a sleek, multi-functional design. To begin, the single-stirrup makes handling very simple, and the friction-lock grip ensures that the light isn't going to slip once secured in place. Then there's the speed ring, this addition saves any prospective Chimera buyer a good deal of money, and although the rod slots are fixed, it doesn't take away from the usefulness of this feature. The new rotation-lock for accessing the bulb-holder is a fantastic improvement, making replacing the bulb a breeze. And speaking of the bulb, with the new HPL lamps, output increases dramatically from previous designs. This bulb design, along with Arri's specialized reflector, makes the light very punchy for the wattage put in. With this does come a price though, this light gets exceptionally hot, but put at enough of a distance, this is no issue. Bottom line: Arri succeeds once again with an exceptional and versatile light at a reasonable price. A must-have addition to any light kit.

I like how it can be regenerated using a microwave oven.

We installed this bulb in an old spotlight, and noticed that it was dim... just as dim as the one it was replacing. Then noticed that the problem was not the bulb, but the mounting in the reflector! The bulb needs to be carefully mounted into the socket and then ensure that the bulb sits centered in the reflector for full brightness. Once that was done, it was perfect!

The arri 150 has an easy to use plate that slides out so you can get to the bulb. Once I had gloves, replacing the bulb was easy. The replacement bulb worked.

Had an old unit go out, tried replacing the bulb but had to opt for a new unit. More than 10 years difference between the two and it worked off the same remote, connected to the same wiring but the picture is many times better. Just beautiful.
