It's a cable and it works. I use this mainly for an old OEM PS3 controller. This 10 foot cable is replacing the original 4 foot cable and allows me to charge the controller while using it on the couch or leaving it within reach when watching videos, movies etc.

No heavy packs no base.. just switch it on and listen and talk.. I have used this for the last 2 years replacing a wired communicator. Such a blessing. Batteries charge like in an hour and last 6 hours. Only con is the volume on the headset is not very loud so you may not want to use these for a concert or such events.

Works as advertised replacing a failed ethernet switch. It was a breeze to set up...plug-and-play personified.

I am replacing an aging cisco managed switch and router for a small business and this was perfect for my application. The VLAN tagging in unison with my EdgeRouter Lite was easy to configure after some research online. Pros: Fits my application. Easy to configure through wizards after some research. Cons: Information on configuring VLANS and general setup not included with the switch. Needed to do research online to configure. Unit required firmware updates to get full functional wizards.

Instead of replacing the network switch, simply add this for the higher speeds. If you have an existing switch with 2 SFP+ ports with LACP you can easily just add this to the network not buy an entire switch (which can cause twice the price). Thankfully the limited L3 includes LACP so my WAP operates at 10Gbps and a 20Gbps connection to my primary switch! Upon purchase you may get the impression that you're required to use Netgear Insight if you register, but you really do not have to activate Insight & can simply use it locally (no additional fees).
