Reset Computer But Keeping Microsoft Programs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this notebook! It is faster than my older Gram, has more memory, and storage. It arrived in perfect condition. The screen is bright and clear even with the brightness turned down to about 60%. I haven't fully tested out the battery life yet but it seems at least as good as my Gram which was very good. Biggest problem I had was moving my programs from the Gram to the Gram Pro since the Gram was on Win 10 while the Pro is on Win 11. LG provides a program to help with this (PCmover Pro) but I had to update and reinstall my security (BitDefender) and backup programs (Acronis). In general, Microsoft makes it difficult to move non Microsoft products from computer to computer and should be scolded for this but this is not LG's fault.

I am very happy with this computer. Microsoft makes transferring everything a breeze.

I was amazed that it booted right up, synced to my microsoft account, and loaded my preferred software programs seamlessly. It's been running smoothly every since, too.

Did you know that you can't even get the computer to work without a Microsoft Login now? Super annoying.

Since I bought my Microsoft Surface, I have been struggling with getting my notes done faster and by keeping my writing and taking-notes-style the way it has always been. M. Surface Pen definitely helped me to be away from the old fashion paper notebook, allowing me to write on my tablet paperlessly. B&H's good deal and great service made my experience even better!

I really like these cameras. But, I have a broken one that is 2 months old. I have called in several times and it does reset and there is no way to get it repaired. Customer service could be better.

Everything you read about Godox batteries is true if you let them sit. But you can reset them when they appear dead and they come back good as new. The trick is to use them. Charge them to about 80% if you won't have a shoot for awhile and then pull them out, connect them, and test fire them a few dozen times once a month. Since I started doing this with my batteries I went from frustration and failure to no issues. I get a lot more shots out of these batteries than they are rated for - so doubly happy. I have 3 of them now.
