7/24/18 First--get your unit's firmware up-to-date (mine arrived from B&H with v2.40...but 2.60 has just been released). Go to Line 6 Helix forum and pay attention to the moderator's advice. Second--you should/must do a factory reset AFTER the firmware update to reveal MANY presets that otherwise would not appear in the HX Edit utility (Holding FS5+FS6 then power-up unit - Will reset Presets only). 5 |

Came with old firmware so keep in mind that this needs to be added as a standalone mesh point, updated the firmware, then factory reset in order to migrate the meshpoint into your Amplifi router if that's how you are using it. Works as it should and provides the coverage that I need. 5 |

Kept getting the pink light error. Had to do some troubleshooting for a bit, updating firmware, reset factory settings etc etc. finally sifted through my spiderweb of internet cables and splitters and deleted all that and am now running the line in straight to orbi and no more pink light. Works perfect. 5 |
