Reset Group Managed Service Account Password

If you lose the spotlight password, the instructions do not tell you how to reset the password

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent product that works as described. However, admin set up procedures to establish an account are most frustrating. Had to called CS twice for help with admin password being constantly rejected. Process to change password equally frustrating since I had a previous account. Had to call CS twice. Download of Nighthawk app using iPhone difficult due to password complications even after password was successfully re-set.

Very easy to set up and use. Worked well with my Spectrum account. Did have one issue once when the Router reset itself. But, all I needed to do was go to the app on my phone and set it up as if for the first time. No problems after that.

Excellent when you want to be in the moment. In group pictures how cumbersome it is to set and reset the timer. Having a reliable remote control is a must. And you never know it comes in handy in other precious moments like playing with your kid and not having to ask someone to take your pictures. You can enjoy playing with them while taking precious pictures at the same time.

This is for a smal Bible study group in our church fellowship hall. I managed to put it together in about ten minutes. It is strong and sturdy plus very attractive.

I've set this up fairly simply and managed to group rooms for all over house listening. Having attached an echo for Alexa to be able to easily stop or start my playlist or music choice.. I've had a one for years but the Five is another level of sound! LOVE LOVE LOVE

This is a great home managed switch. It allows the use of VLANs and small and simply to use. The only Con I had was that you could not create a 'group' and use for a port. Not a deal breaker for most.

I have not had to reset like I did with the other one

I really like these cameras. But, I have a broken one that is 2 months old. I have called in several times and it does reset and there is no way to get it repaired. Customer service could be better.
