Reset Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager Password

If you lose the spotlight password, the instructions do not tell you how to reset the password

The good thing about this drive is it has password protection and a nice variety of colors.

Fast drive, it serves password protection which good for keeping professional data.

I was able to backup my entire 250GB harddrive with plenty of room for other storage. I also added a password for protection. Excellent value and outstanding service.

I use it to back up sensitive and regular data, so I use the password protection thing. -I have owned 4 WD passports for 2yrs and 3 My Books for 4 yrs; none has failed me thus far. -I also like the security feature, and the SmartWare has improved a lot with a much friendlier interface vs earlier versions. NOTE: I do manual backup so don't know about the reliability of the auto feature. Needs improvement: may be a good idea to have a password recovery disc capability like Windows 7.

Good protection. Flew from the states to Germany, everything works as it did before I left. Wish I didn't have to reset all my balances before storing away. Would Re-buy just for the OD green again if need be... shipping was 1 day earlier than projected.

Works great and the only thing I had to set up was the option to have a password to protect it if someone else tries to use it.

Easy setup. Easy to change WiFi name and password. Easy to use the app.
