Retractable Usb Extension Cable

This USB 2.0 Active Extension Cable comes as two 16' cables NOT one 32 cable. ......I hooked the two cables together connected my Nikon D200 to my laptop and it worked perfect. A 15MB photo downloaded in two seconds. As it turns out I'm glade it comes as a two cables.

After getting an extension for the USB C cable it was plug and play. No hick-ups!!

Might need a lens spacer or extension for cameras with retractable lens or it won't close all the way. Once the extension is installed the hood should work fine

Very well made - using it with a Sureline Easy Reach Adjustable Extension Pole which is retractable, sturdy, has a metal screw end and a foam grip - this makes a great DIY boom pole as you can find inexpensive adaptors for the standard 1/4-20mm screw to attach microphones, led lights, flash units, etc.

I bought this setup mostly to photograph my golf swing. It’s a little expensive for that purpose (unless golf, like photography is your passion) but a carbon fiber tabletop tripod is always a good investment. The tripod can extend to nearly 28” with the ballhead attached and can extend to nearly 53” with the included retractable extension attachment. Of course, the higher you extend, the more unstable it becomes. This might be ok for cell phone photography but not for a larger camera. The base height without the legs extended is approximately 14” with ball head. The ballhead, by the way, has a quick release plate and rotates for horizontal and vertical. For unstable ground, you can pull off the rubber cover on the feet and it reveals spikes for more stability. You can adjust the 3 legs to splay outward for lower photography. The smartphone attachment works fine and will hold most phones. Just pull the top of the holder and it extends with a retractable slider to accommodate any size phone. It is metal but has rubber in all places where the phone attaches. It is nicely packaged and the box can be reused to store the tripod since it has molded foam where the tripod and extension pole sits. It also has a nice little tripod bag for the unit. It’s a nice package and should serve the purpose well.

Very well built. This case has 4 latches and three handles were some cases of the same size only have 2 latches and one handle. The retractable extension handle is reinforced and does not twist like some aluminum arms do. Spend the money.
