Retro Game Console Pc

Bought this to play retro game consoles on a 4k TV. And it does an amazing job. I use svideo from the console into the kanex and output 720p over HDMI. This from my experience looks the best. My games look much better than just running through composite into the TV and there is no lag. From what I can tell anyway. Much better than the cheap converters on Amazon

I'm not building anything super fantastic in it as I'm building something for playing retro games with PC emu on Debian. Small and has a pleasing aesthetic, wish it came in beige but white will have to do. I ended up buying two pairs of these, one for my modern PC setup and one for my retro PC setup with a FW900 CRT. They are simply amazing speakers, very clean audio, small footprint, good low end (maybe a little too much as their only knock), but overall so much better then my Audioengine HD3's.

I used this to convert an older PC to HDMI out as Im turning it into a retro gaming emulation system. Worked great...Im able to hear/see perfect audio/visual from my 10+ year old PC onto my less than 1 year old receiver and 4k TV. Exactly what I needed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has no display ports so it's best for a second monitor on a pc. It's great for streaming and console gaming though. Has the regular smart TV Samsung OS so it's fantastic it has access to all the necessary apps and it does a great job recommending what to watch and keeping track of where you left off. I never see it updating but it stays up to date and works well with other Samsung products. The remote is efficient haven't had it die since I've received and haven't to charge it either. It comes with a game console pop up menu, when in game mode, where you can change some settings. Great look and great price.
