I’m using specifically to play retro games. It was recommended on a MISTer subreddit. I can’t say how good it would be for more traditional uses, but its perfect for my gaming. 5 |

It took a while for me to receive it since I live overseas. I had to wait 2 weeks for it to arrive with a bit of courier challenges, but I finally got it. It arrived in a box and it was secured. Minor dents on the corners, but it's no biggie. I tried it out as soon as I got it and was able to set it up just fine. The experience was smooth and awesome. I got really excited using it and downloaded the apps that I wanted. Streaming services load and play smoothly. But what got me excited was the games that I can play with it. Too bad I still don't have a game controller to try the other games, but I did try the ones that just use remote which has neat graphics and is very responsive. Can't wait to try it with a game controller when I get to buy one soon! 5 |

Small and has a pleasing aesthetic, wish it came in beige but white will have to do. Bought this to play retro game consoles on a 4k TV. And it does an amazing job. I use svideo from the console into the kanex and output 720p over HDMI. This from my experience looks the best. My games look much better than just running through composite into the TV and there is no lag. From what I can tell anyway. Much better than the cheap converters on Amazon 5 |
