Retro Skinny Refrigerator

The Retro RS camera strap works well. I’ve been dissatisfied with the skinny camera strap that comes with camera for years, the skinny strap is uncomfortable with a heavy camera and lens, they’re constantly becoming twisted when I remove the camera from my shoulder to take a picture and those straps are in the way when you’re not carrying the camera. This strap system solved those problems as it is much more comfortable with a heavy camera/lens and it’s easy/fast to attach when I want to carry my camera. I haven’t attached the safety strap, even though it’s a good idea; I make sure the attachment is tight when I attach the strap.

I was concerned at first after ordering the 'Skinny' harness over the original as all I would ever see is other photographers wearing the original. It looked great and secure and I couldn't really picture what the skinny version would look like compared to the thicker strap. But as a guy with a smaller frame and only being 5'7 - the 'Skinny' version was perfect! I now realize if I would have got the original - the straps may have been too thick for my shoulders. The 'skinny' version held both my Canon R6 with Speedlight and Rode VideoMic Pro on both sides. Felt comfortable and secure and didn't cause any chaffing or pain whilst wearing them for 3 days of consecutive 18 hour shoots!

Can also be use for a knee support if you have skinny legs.

Have a high end refrigerator that is plug in into it, so far so good!

The belt is skinny and much less bulky comparing to other options.

Strong enough to hold up a refrigerator, I think. Fits perfectly, of course.
