Returning Your Broken Apple Headphones

Your filters aren’t getting broken in this sucker!

I purchased this and it came with a broken remote. included in the packaging is a note to get ahold of them directly instead of returning the unit to BH. I sent an email and then hit them up on Instagram. Ken, the US customer service manager wrote back Immediately! They sent me a new remote the following day and all is well. It is crazy good for the money. I also own a 48 slider, several lights, and like 16 batteries.

Coast made up this knife because of a broken spring, They were very quick in returning a new knife to me. Great company and great product.

If you are buying a Mac computer, Apple Care is a must. Your computer will be covered for 3 years and help is just a phone call away when you're in need of assistance. B & H offers the best price for Apple Care. If purchased through Apple, it can cost up to $250 per computer. For some reason, B & H can beat that....

Great item. If you want to completely protect. Your valuable tech items. All my Apple devices have these on. They protect from liquid as well as other things drops especially. And they look good. And doesn't interfere with the use of your I pad.

Get this. Your iPad will thank you. Now I can plug in all sorts of things to my iPad, which has now become like my own little computer because of this. And I can use my headphones again! Best purchase I’ve made in a while (besides the iPad).

Replaced a broken iPad. B&H as always fast shipping great price, happy customer. IPad, what can I say. Family is fully entrenched in Apple products, iPhones, iPads, iMac. Apple, great products & support but pricey. Use iPad for internet, mail & book reading. Gonna look into Apple Watch next.

Under AppleCare+, when you take your iPad into an Apple Store for repair, they will either repair or replace it on the spot. In the case of a broken screen (which is what I have had in most instances), they will charge a relatively small deductible, and voila, in short order, you either will have a repaired device (if that is possible) or a new one.
