I bought the one specifically for LG TVs since that is the brand that I have. It is really easy to get connected to your TV, and it comes with easy-to-follow instructions. This remote also has App Shortcut Keys, which makes it so much easier to get to your streaming services. This is not the first one I have bought, but every time a remote is lost this is the one that I buy because it just works that well. We always liked LG TVs not only for the picture but the sound quality is so much better than any other we have seen at friend or relatives homes. We down sized the TV because the room didn’t need as big of screen on the TV we replaced. I can not think of any cons. Connectivity was a snap, even an old person like me could set it up.

We’ve tried several “universal” remotes but they never worked right - hard to program, too complicated. This remote is exactly as promised. I own and have owned several LG TVs and have always been happy with the brand. I replaced my previous LG 70", that was about 9 years old, with 75UQ7590PUB, there is quite a noticeable difference. I use it with a home theater set-up so I haven't taken advantage of all the features of the TV, but it seems to have a lot. The only negative was setting it up with my external home theater system. It took some time but now that it's all set up it's great.
